C++ Engineer — Low-Latency Trading Infrastructure — Dubai (relocation and visa paid for)

A fast-growing crypto prop trading firm is scaling its trading platform and needs serious C++ engineering capacity to keep up. New market connectivity, latency reduction, core infra that doesn't blink under load — this is the hire that stops the roadmap from stalling and the current team from burning out.

What you'll be doing (first 6–12 months)

• Designing and building new market links and connectivity tools from scratch
• Improving and maintaining high-load, low-latency C++ systems already in production
• Hunting latency wherever it's hiding and killing it
• Keeping systems reliable and operationally solid as the platform scales
• Working tightly with engineering, data, and trading teams — not in a silo

What you need

• 3+ years (4+ preferred) software development, primarily modern C++
• Real experience with high-load, low-latency systems — not theoretical
• Strong grip on algorithms, data structures, design patterns — the fundamentals that actually get tested in this kind of role
• Solid networking fundamentals — REST, WebSockets, the works

Bonus points

• Knowledge of financial markets, HFT, or distributed systems
• Exposure to FIX or similar protocols
• Familiarity with AWS, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, or Kubernetes
• Basic Python and Kafka
