BD Manager - Germany

I am working with a leading international law firm on a Business Development Manager opportunity based in Düsseldorf.

This role sits within the European Business Development team and focuses on driving marketing and BD strategy across the firm's German practices. Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders, you will play a key role in supporting revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, and advancing sector-led initiatives.

You will lead on a broad range of activities, including strategic pitches and RFPs, client development initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, and directory submissions. The position also involves advising partners on business plans, coordinating client programmes, and delivering high-impact marketing and events activity across the German market.

I am looking to speak with candidates who bring strong business development or marketing experience within a professional services environment, ideally legal. You will have a strategic mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in both German and English is essential.
